What:
In this class, we will review sūnyatā or “emptiness” and how the experience of it can be realized by way of Dream Yoga practice.
Where:
(1) For the in-person cohort, we'll meet at Dr. Mclaughlin's house, located at 815 Bright Street, Fredericksburg, VA. Parking is along the street, or at the “Battleground Lots” located at Hanover and Moncure Streets.
(2) For the Zoom cohort, a link is emailed to registrants before the Sunday session.
